Témou bakalárskej práce je analýza výrobného procesu vo firme Drevopal s.r.o. Hlavný cieľ tejto práce je nazbierať pomocou analýzy výrobného procesu dostatočné množstvo informácií a údajov. Prostredníctvom týchto informácií a dát sú navrhnuté potrebné zlep-šenia, ktoré vedú k väčšej efektivite a optimalizácií výrobného procesu. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť práce je spracovaná ako literárna rešerš. Prvá časť je zameraná na výrobný proces a systém, poukazuje na štruktúru výrobného procesu a usporiadanie pracovísk s cieľom optimalizácie výrobného procesu. Druhá časť sa venuje analýzam, ktoré sú použité v praktickej časti. Praktická časť práce v úvode predstavuje spoločnosť Drevopal s. r.o. a popisuje jej výrob-kové portfólio. V ďalšej časti je analyzovaný výrobný proces s cieľom zistiť nedostatky výrobného procesu. V závere sú navrhnuté zlepšenia na zefektívnenie výrobného procesu. |

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the production process in Drevopal s.r.o. The main objective of this work is collect sufficient information and data through the analysis of the manufacturing process. By means of these information and data are suggested the necessary improvements that lead to greater efficiency and optimization of the production process. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the work is processed as a literature summary. The first part is focused on the manufacturing process and system, point out the structure of production process and layout of the workplaces in order to optimize the manufacturing process. The second part deal with the analysis which is used in the practical part. The practical part of the work in introduction present the company Drevopal s.r.o. and de-scribe its portfolio of products. In the next part is analyzed the production process with a focus on found deficiencies of the manufacturing process. At the conclusion of the practical part are suggested improvements to effective the production process. |
