dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém řízení zásob finálních výrobků ve výrobním podniku. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky z odborné literatury se zaměřením na charakteristiku zásob, jejich funkcím, členěním a řízením. Další část práce obsahuje diferencované a moderní přístupy v oblasti řízení zásob. Praktická část se věnuje představení společnosti PEVEKO s.r.o. Dále se zabývá vývojem prodeje a stavu zásob za sledované období za účelem zjištění, zda řízení zásob ve společnosti je efektivní. Praktická část obsahuje použití metody diferencovaného řízení zásob. Na závěr jsou uvedeny případné návrhy a doporučení, které by společnosti mohli přispět ke zlepšení v oblasti řízení zásob.	cs

The theoretical part deals with the knowledge of the literature, focusing on the characteristics of stocks, their functions, classification and management. Another part includes differentiated and modern approaches to inventory management. The practical part deals with the presentation of PEVEKO s.r.o company. It also deals with the development of sales and inventories during the reporting period to determine whether inventory management in the company's effective. The practical part includes using the method differentiated inventory management.
