Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitrofiremní komunikací ve firmě XY. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je přehledným způsobem shrnout teoretické poznatky z oblasti vnitropodnikové komunikace, na jejichž základě se formulují východiska pro vypracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav vnitropodnikové komunikace a následně navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení tohoto stavu. |
