dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investice, která se již nachází v provozní fázi. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše zaměřená na investiční činnost podniku. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti, charakteristiku investičního projektu a seznámení s dosavadním vývojem investice. Dále jsou analyzovány fáze investičního projektu, dosavadní náklady a výnosy projektu s následnou prognózou vývoje peněžních toků souvisejících s investicí. Z této prognózy vychází hodnocení efektivnosti dané investice. Reálného zhodnocení je dosaženo s přihlédnutím k rizikovosti projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate effectiveness of investment which is already in the operating stage. Theoretical part covers a literary research focused on investment activities of the specific firm. The practical part deals with the characteristics of society, characteristics of invest-ment project and an existing investment progress. The thesis analyzes phases of an invest-ment project, the existing costs and returns of the given project and a development of cash flow for the life investment. The assessment of particular investment effectiveness results from the given prognosis. Genuine valuation is achieved with regard to riskiness of the project.	en
