Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací programu 5S a CDM na výrobních dílnách a linkách ve společnosti Nestlé Česko, s.r.o., závod Sfinx Holešov. Cílem diplomové práce je změnit současný způsob organizace pracoviště a zvýšení GMP závodu implementací programu 5S a CDM. V teoretické části jsou uvedena ucelená východiska tří metod průmyslového inženýrství. Tyto metody jsou 5S, Totálně produktivní údržba a Vizuální management. V analytické části je provedena analýza současného stavu na výrobních dílnách, resp. linkách. Podkladem pro projektovou část je poznání a popis plýtvání a poruch, které se na dílnách vyskytují. V projektové části je zaznamenán skutečný postup implementace programu 5S a CDM na pracovištích. V závěrečné části diplomové práci je uvedeno zhodnocení a jsou doporučena opatření pro budoucí kroky implementace. |

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of methods 5S and CDM in the production shop, or more precisely on manufacturing line of the Nestlé Česko, Ltd., the Sfinx factory, located in Holešov. The objectives of my work are to change the organizational methods of the workplace and to increase of GMP of the Sfinx factory, as the case may be line of Smarties and Marshmallow. There are the comprehensive theoretical points of departure of methods of Industrial Engineering in the theory. These methods of IE are 5S, Total Productive Maintenance and Visual Management. The analytical part concentrates on the analysis of the present state of production shop and forms the background for the project part of this work. There are specifications of waste and description of failure of machinery in these factory shops. The project part presents the effective strength and real approach towards the implementation of 5S and CDM on workstations. Concluding part of the presented work deals with the evaluation of 5S and CDM program and puts forward recommendations for incoming stadium of implementations. |
