Práce pojednává o analýze disponibilních sil a prostředků příslušné obce pro odstraňování následků živelních událostí. Ze začátku se věnuje legislativnímu ukotvení problematiky, vysvětlení podstaty živelních událostí, rozboru statistik a teoretickému rozboru základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Praktická část práce představuje obec s rozšířenou působností Brno, předkládá vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a zabývá se analýzou složek IZS na území ORP Brno. Zakončení práce prezentuje modelovou událost a návrh na zlepšení stavu. |

This thesis is speaking about analysis of the disponable forces and resources of municipality for removing the consequences of the natural disasters. It deals with the legislative base of the dilemma, explanation of natural disasters, analysis of the statistics and theoretical analysis of the basic components of integrated rescue system. Practical part describes Municipality of Brno, it also gives the results of the survey and deals with component analysis of the integrated rescue system in Brno. The ending of the thesis presents the typical event and it suggests the improvement for better solution. |
