dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přijímání zaměstnanců ve firmě XY. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část řeší problematiku přijímání zaměstnanců vycházející z odborné literatury. Práce dále vysvětluje problematiku projektu Stáže ve firmách s využitím všech dostupných zdrojů. Dále popisuje SWOT analýzu. Na teoretickou část naváže praktická část představením společnosti. Je zjišťována nákladovost na stážisty s porovnáním nákladovosti na přijímání zaměstnanců klasickou cestou. V případě úspěšnosti stážisty a jeho přínosu pro firmu je provedena praktická ukázka výpočtu nákladů spojených s přijetím stážisty do firmy. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit využití stážistů ve firmě v porovnání se zaměstnanci a navrhnout vhodná doporučení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with recruitment in the company XY. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of recruitment, which is based on expert knowledge from literature. The work also explains the problem of the project Internships in companies with using all available resources. This part also describes SWOT analysis. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, where the company XY is introduced. In this part there are costs of trainees determined in comparison with classic recruitment. In case of success of a trainee and his/her contribution to the company a practical example is performed calculating the costs associated with recrutitment of the trainee in the company. The aim of this work is to evaluate the use of trainees in the company compared to employees and propose appropriate recommendations.	en
