dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, do jaké míry je korupce vnímána jako negativní faktor ovlivňující výběrová řízení ze strany samotných účastníků výběrového řízení. Výzkumný vzorek pro kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření tvořilo 61 respondentů z řad zaměstnanců soukromých firem, které se přímo či nepřímo podílejí na dodávkách nebo službách v rámci stavebních nebo montážních prací a jsou součástí bezpečnostní komunity. Výsledky práce vypovídají o vysokém podílu korupce ve výběrových řízeních, o neznalostech legislativy těch, kteří se účastní výběrových řízení, o obavách upozorňovat na korupční jednání a pesimistickému postoji respondentů k opatřením bezpečnostních orgánů zabraňující korupčnímu jednání. Práce je zakončena navrhovanými opatřeními ve výběrových řízeních proti korupci a konkrétním návrhem konstrukce ceny v nabídkovém řízení bez možnosti cenové manipulace.<br>	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this study was to determine the scope of the degree from the side of tenders? participants of the tender competition to which corruption is perceived as a negative factor. The research sample for the quantitative survey consisted of 61 respondents from employees of private companies that are directly or indirectly involved in the supply of services to the building or installation work and are part of the security community. Results of the work indicate the high proportion of corruption in tendering procedures, the lack of legislation knowledge of those who participate in tenders, highlighting concerns about corruption and pessimistic attitudes of respondents to measures of safety authorities to prevent corruption. The work ends with the proposed measures in tendering procedures against corruption and concrete construction design of prices in the tender procedure without the possibility of price manipulation.<br>	en
