dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá obecnými zásadami pro ustanovení havarijního plánování a plánování bezpečnosti v objektech s nebezpečnými látkami. Objasňuje metody analýzy rizik, jako součást havarijního plánování v objektu či zařízení. Analyzuje současné bezpečnostní prostředí ve vybrané teplárenské společnosti, která nakládá s nebezpečnými látkami a pomocí vybraných metod optimalizuje havarijní plánování v dané společnosti.	cs
