Úkolem diplomové práce je na základě výzkumu teoretických a praktických základů pro řešení výroby vyvážecí techniky, navrhnout železného koně ZK Norik. Závěrečná práce se zabývá návrhem rámového systému železného koně Norik, určeného do prostředí lesní těžby s možností využití více zařízení. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na historii lesnictví, typologii lesní techniky a obsahuje teoretický základ pro návrh železného koně norik. Praktická část je věnována technologickému a praktickému výzkumu výroby železných koní, jich materiálů, ergonomie a bezpečnosti. Projektová část představuje proces návrhu funkčního rámu, mechanických částí a barevnosti železného koně Norik. Cílem závěrečné práce bylo navrhnout vyvážecí minisoupravu do prostředí lesní těžby pro potřeby soustřeďování dřeva. |

The task of this thesis is based on research of theoretical and practical bases for the solution of the forwarders technology design and a complete construction of iron horse. Final thesis deals with the design of the frame system specified for use in the forestry. The teoretical part of thesis is focused on the history of forestry, logging typology and theoretical basis for the design of the iron horse Norik. The practical part is devoted to technological and practical researching of the iron horses production, materials and ergonomics. The project part is about the plans and the process of designing the functional frame, mechanical section and colors of the Norik. The result of the work was to design small forwarder specified for use in the forestry. |
