Tématem této diplomové práce je využití moderních měřítek výkonnosti ve společnosti PSG a.s. V teoretické části je uvedena literární rešerše zabývající se výkonností podniku, klasickými a moderními ukazateli měření výkonnosti. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku podniku PSG, a.s., analýzu jeho vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, a zhodnocení jeho výkonnosti pomocí finanční analýzy a vybraných moderních ukazatelů. Poslední část práce je věnovaná implementaci ekonomické přidané hodnoty do řízení podniku. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení projektu z hlediska přínosů a rizik pro podnik PSG, a.s. vyplývající ze zavedení konceptu EVA. |

The topic of this thesis is an application of the modern performance measures in the PSG a.s. The theoretical part presents a critical literature search dealing with classic and modern performance measures of the company performance. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of the company PSG a.s., on the analysis of the internal and external environment and on the evaluation of its performance by using financial analysis and selected modern measures. The last part is devoted to the implementation of economic value added in business management. The final part consist of the assessment of the project in terms of benefits and risks for the company PSG a.s. resulting from the EVA implementation. |
