Tématem diplomové práce je návrh řešení nezaměstnanosti absolventů škol v České repub-lice. V první části práce jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky týkající se nezaměstnanosti absolventů škol. Praktickou část tvoří analýza trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti absolventů v krajích České republiky, kde se zhodnocuje současná situace. Na základně získaných poznatků je vypracován návrh řešení se zaměřením na Zlínský kraj, který vede ke zlepšení současného stavu v oblasti nezaměstnanosti absolventů škol. |

This thesis deals with an unemployment of graduates in the Czech Republic. The first part cosists of theoretical knowledge about uneymployment of graduates. The practical part is concentrated on the analysis of the labor market and unemployment of graduates in Czech republic, where assets are considered. Based on the results, there are solutions improving current state of unemployment of graduates in chosen aria, Zlín Region. |
