Cílem této práce je přiblížit pojem životní prostředí, jeho právo a ekonomické souvislosti spojené s jeho ochranou. V teoretické části se hlouběji věnuji právní úpravě životního pro-středí a souvislostmi ekonomických vztahů s ochranou ŽP. V praktické části se zabývám soudní judikaturou zaměřenou na ochranu příznivého ŽP, hodnotím možnosti uplatnění práva na životní prostředí v ČR, formuluji opatření na posílení lidských práv a svobod v oblasti ŽP. V závěru práce se věnuji tomu, že zdravé ŽP je nákladnou hodnotou. |

The aim of this work is to make closer the concept of environment, its rights and the eco-nomical relations connected with its protection. In the theoretical part I describe the legis-lation of environment and economic context of relationships with protection of environ-ment deeply. In the practical part I deal with the practice of the court oriented on the pro-tection of the convenient environment, judge possibility of application of environmental rights in the Czech Republic then I formulate arrangement for strengthening of human right and freedom in the environmental sphere. At the end of my bachelor?s work I describe that the healthy environment is an expensive value. |
