V diplomové práci je analyzováno rozpočtové hospodaření obcí mikroregionu Bílé Karpaty. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu obce a její působnosti, základní charakteristikou hospodaření obcí, rozpočtovým určením daní. Praktická část se zabývá socioekonomickou charakteristikou jednotlivých obcí mikroregionu Bílé Karpaty, analýzou rozpočtů daných obcí, které řeší problematiku příjmové a výdajové stránky obcí. Dále zadlužeností obcí a zhodnocením hospodaření pomocí vhodných ukazatelů. V závěru práce jsou navrženy možné změny vedoucí ke zlepšení hospodaření obcí. |

In the thesis is analysed the financial management of villages the microregion White Carpathians. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the concept of the village and its scope, the basic characteristics of municipal finances,the budget of determination taxes. The practical part deals with the socioeconomic characteristics of each municipality microregion of White Carpathians, analysis of the budgets of the municipalities, which solves the issue of incomes and expenditures of municipalities. Further it solves municipal debt of the village and evaluation of management through appropriate indicators. In the conclusion are proposed possible changes which should lead to improving the financial management of villages. |
