dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza motivace OSVČ pracovníků pro společnost Kapitol,a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a činnosti s tím spojené, motivace a související teorie motivace. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na společnost Kapitol, a.s. a dále poznatky získané z praxe. Na základě osobních rozhovorů se zaměstnanci, pozorování a dotazníkové šetření je provedena analýza stavu motivace a spokojenosti pracovníků OSVČ. V závěru práce je výstup z analýzy, navrhnuté motivační metody a určitá doporučení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my thesis is an analysis of motivational status of self-employed for Kapitol, a.s. company. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this report consists of human resources findings and related activities, findings on motivation and related theory. In addition, the report puts an emphasis on Kapitol, a.s. company as well as the insights is provided by personal experience. An analysis of motivational status and satisfaction of self-employed is done basis on personal interviews with employees, observation and questionnaire. There is an analysis output provided as a conclusion to this report as well as proposal on motivational methods.	en
