Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací skladových procesů ve společnosti Sie-mens, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Mohelnice. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření stan-dardu práce ve skladu. Literární rešerše v úvodu je zaměřená na průmyslové inženýrství, jeho základní metody, na metody měření času a logistiku. V druhé části je charakteristika společnosti a analýza současného stavu. V rámci diplomové práce byl vytvořen standard pracovního procesu, postup řešení nestandardních stavů a návrh vizualizace. |

This diploma thesis deals with optimization of the storage proceses at Siemens, s.r.o., od-štěpný závod Elektromotory Mohelnice. Main goal is to create a standard of the work in the warehouse. The literature research in the introduction of the thesis is focused on the industrial engineering, its basic methods, the methods of measuring time and logistics. In the second part of the thesis is the description of the company and the analysis of the current situation. The project (diploma thesis) results in the establishment of the standards, the process solutions design for the non-standard conditions and creating its suggested visualization. |
