Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zefektivnění výrobního procesu na vybraném pracovišti ve firmě Continental Barum s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou popsány hlavní metody průmyslového inženýrství, které jsou východiskem pro praktickou a projektovou část. V praktické části je uveden popis společnosti, charakteristika výroby, analýza současného stavu na vybraném pracovišti a její zhodnocení. V projektové části jsou vymezeny cíle projektu, projektový tým a harmonogram. Jsou zde návrhy na zefektivnění výrobního procesu a zhodnoceny přínosy projektu. |

The project part defines the goals of the project, the project team and schedule. There are proposals for streamlining the production process and evaluated the benefits of the project. |
