Diplomová práce se zabývá sociálně výchovnou prací ve Velké Británii. Teoretickou část tvoří šest kapitol. První kapitola je tvořena subkapitolami, které se postupně zabývají vymezením pojmu sociálně výchovná práce ve Velké Británii, definicí a oblastí působení. Dále také označuje její vědecké postavení ve srovnání se sociální pedagogikou. Druhá kapitola popisuje teorii sociálně výchovné práce jako vědy a postupy při práci s jednotlivými skupinami společnosti. Třetí kapitola uvádí oblasti působení sociálně výchovné práce a zaměřuje se na systém náhradní rodinné výchovy. V kapitole čtvrté práce pojednává o tom, co předcházelo vzniku sociálně výchovné práce a o jejím vývoji. Vymezení oblasti působení sociálních pracovníků obsahuje pátá kapitola, která se v podkapitolách zabývá kvalifikací sociálních pracovníků a vymezení sociálních aktivit ve státní, soukromé a dobrovolnické oblasti. Šestá kapitola nastinuje dnešní problémy sociálně výchovné práce a její budoucí směřování. Praktická část pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu popisuje vybranou instituci sociálně výchovné práce ve Velké Británii. Bylo využito metody případové studie, která pomocí ana-lýzy dokumentů a rozhovoru analyzovala činnost organizace. |

This thesis focuses on social educational work in the United Kingdom. Theoretical part consists of six chapters. The first charter is divided into subchapters which explain the term, definition and fields of work of the social educational work in the United Kingdom. It also defines the social educational work as a science and compares it with social pedagogy. The second chapter describes the theory of social educational work as a science and its methods being applied to particular groups of society. The third chapter looks into the divisions of social educational work and looks closely at the fostering system. The origins and history of the social educational work is described in the forth chapter. The areas of profession of social workers, are described in the fifth chapter. In its subchapters we can also find more about the qualification of social workers and the private, state and voluntary sectors of organisations they work for. The sixth chapter talks about problems of nowaday society and future challenges for social educational work. The practical part describes an institution of social educational work in the United Kingdom, using qualitative research. Case study method analysed the structure of the instituti-on, by using document analysis and interview. |
