dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Uplatňování práv dítěte v řízení o jeho navrácení ve věcech mezinárodních únosů" se zabývá aplikací práv dítěte vyplývajících z Úmluvy o právech dítěte v tomto řízení. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní zásady a normy Úmluvy o právech dítěte vztahující se k tématu práce. Dále jsou vymezeny a zodpovězeny základní pojmové otázky vyplývající z Úmluvy o občanskoprávních aspektech mezinárodních únosů dětí. Je zde také uveden rozbor mediačního řízení v kontextu uplatnění sociální pedagogiky. Praktická část obsahuje kritickou analýzu typických kasuistik rozhodování soudu v České republice o navrácení dítěte a rozhovorů s osobami podílejícími se na tomto řízení. Tyto obě kvalitativní metody ukazují pohled na praktické uplatňování práv dětí v předmětném řízení a tím pomáhají k naplnění cílů diplomové práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis "Application of the rights of the child in the proceedings on his return in cases of international abduction" deals with the application of children's rights under the Convention on the Rights of the Child in such proceeding. In the theoretical part are defined the basic principles and standards of the Convention on the Rights of the Child related to the topic of this thesis. Further there are identified and answered fundamental conceptual questions arising from the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. It also shows the analysis of the mediation process in the context of the application of social pedagogy. Practical part contains a critical analysis of typical case studies about the court's decision in the Czech Republic for the return of the child and interviews with people involved in this process. These two qualitative methods show a view of the practical application of children's rights in the proceedings and thereby help to meet the objectives of the thesis.
