dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá designem nábytkového setu přesněji designem stolu vyrobeného z masivu. Cílem práce je stručně shrnout vývoj nábytku v rámci historie a jednotlivých uměleckých stylů, dále přiblížit čtenáři jeden z nejužívanějších materiálů pro výrobu nábytku dřevo - a stručně popsat jeho zpracování. Dalším bodem práce je seznámení s normami výšky jídelního setu, seznámení s barevnými možnostmi a zdůvodnění mnou vybrané barvy a charakteristika cílové klientely.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is concerned with the design of furniture set specifically with the design of the table made of solid wood. The aim of this thesis is to summarize development of the furniture in its history and various artistic styles. Moreover, acquaint the reader with one of the most used materials for the furniture manufacture wood. A brief description of its processing will be also mentioned. Another point of this thesis deals with the introduction of height standards of the dining set and reasons for my selected colour options are given. I will also try to characterize the target clientele.
