Diplomová práce Alternativní možnosti péče a výchovy dětí z nefunkčních rodin je zaměřena na problematiku nefunkčního rodinného prostředí a systém péče o ohrožené děti. V teoretické části práce se věnuji problematice rodiny, rodičovství a jejím právním aspektům, typologii rodin, poruchám funkcí rodiny a příčinám narušení rodinného prostředí, dále pak otázce podpory, prevence a sanace rodiny, systému náhradní rodinné a výchovné péče a jejich specifikům a rizikům. Praktická část práce poskytuje pohled na specifické případy nefunkčního rodinného prostředí, popisuje řešení situace prostřednictvím systému náhradní rodinné či výchovné péče a zhodnocuje dopady na život dítěte. |

The thesis Alternative care options and education of children from non-functional families is focused on a non-functional family environment and the system of care for vulnerable children. The theoretical part is devoted to family issues, parenting and their legal aspects, the typology of families, families' malfunctions and causes of disruption of the family environment, as well as the promotion, prevention and rehabilitation of the family, the substitute family care and institutional upbringing, their specifics and risks. The practical part provides insight into specific cases of non-functional family environment, describes how to solve the situation through the system of substitute family care or institutional upbringing and evaluates the impact on the child's life. |
