dc.description.abstract	Automatizovaný externí defibrilátor je přenosné zařízení, které se používá při první pomoci. Kontroluje srdeční akci a v případě potřeby může vyslat elektrická výboj do srdce, aby obnovil normální srdeční rytmus. Při náhlé zástavě srdce může u člověka zvýšit šanci na přežití. Teoretická část bakalářské práce pojednává o historii defibrilace, o Automatizovaném externím defibrilátoru a první pomoci s tímto přístrojem. Dále pak přibližuje organizaci a práci Policie České republiky. Praktická část se zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením. Tento výzkum se zaměřuje na policisty České republiky. Ptali jsme se policistů na zkušenosti s AED a dovednost v první pomocí. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	An automated external defibrillator is a portable device that is used for first aid. It checks the heart rhythm and if necessary, it can send an electric shock to the heart to restore a normal heard rhythm. Sudden cardiac arrest can improve your chance of survival. The theoretical part is talking about the history of defibrillation, the automated external defobrillator and first aid. Furthermore demonstrates the organization and work of the Police of the Czech Republic. The practical part is deals with a questionnaire survay. This research is focused on policeman of the Czech Republic. We asked the police to experience with AED and the skill in first aid. The results of the questionnaire survey are recorded into tables and graphs.
