dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zmapování problémů a kompetencí sebepéče u pacientů s onemocněním astma bronchiale, především v oblasti znalosti strategie léčby a inhalační terapie. Teoretická část se zabývá popsáním nemoci astma bronchiale, inhalační léčby a teorie deficitu sebepéče dle Elisabeth Dorothey Oremové. Praktická část se věnuje sestavení situační potřeby u pacientů s bronchiálním astmatem léčených v zařízení Lázně Luhačovice a.s. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit nejčastější problémy a chyby při aplikaci inhalační terapie. Pro splnění cílů byl použit výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Pro objasnění postupů a dodržování zásad při aplikaci oxygenoterapie byl sestaven edukační materiál.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on charting problems and competences of self-care in patients with bronchial asthma disease, especially in the area of knowledge of the treatment strategies and inhalation therapy. The theoretical part deals with describing disease of the bronchial asthma, inhalation treatment and the theory of self-care deficit according to Dorothea Elisabeth Orem. The practical part is dedicated to the assembly of the situational needs in patients with bronchial asthma treated in the facility Lázně Luhačovice a.s. The work aims to identify the most common problems and errors in the application of inhaled therapy. The research was made by using the questionnaire investigation for the fulfilment of the objectives. The educational material was drawn up to clarify the procedures and compliance with the principles in the application of oxygen therapy.
