Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců. Jejím cílem je zlepšení systému motivace zaměstnanců v provozovně Koryčany společnosti L.A.Bernkop 1883, a. s. Diplomová práce je členěna na dvě části. První část práce popisuje teoretické poznatky získané na základě prostudování odborné literatury a jiných dostupných materiálů, zabývajících se především pracovní motivací. V úvodu druhé části práce se lze seznámit s výše uvedenou společností a její provozovnou. V této části je také na základě dotazníkového šetření analyzována současná úroveň motivace v uvedené provozovně. Výstupem této druhé části práce je vypracovaný projekt, který obsahuje několik návrhů jak zlepšit úroveň motivace pracovníků ve zmíněné provozovně. Tento projekt je následně podroben časové, rizikové a nákladové analýze. |

This thesis is focused on the issue of employee motivation and it´s aim to improve the system of motivating the employees of the company L.A.Bernkop 1883, a.s. in their operation in Koryčany. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the theoretical knowledge gathered from issue specific literature and other materials, devoted to the issue of motivating of employees, that were available. The second part firstly briefly describes the company L.A.Bernkop 1883, a.s. and its operation in Koryčany. The current motivation level in this operation is analyzed with a questionnaire survey. The output of the second part is a project, which contains several suggestions how to improve the level of motivation of the employees in the company's operation in Koryčany. This project is then submitted for a time, risk and cost analysis. |
