dc.description.abstract	In meiner Bachelorarbeit beschäftige ich mich mit der extrinsischen Motivation. Die Mei-nungsumfrage konzentriert sich auf Eltern von schulpflichtigen Kindern und Grundschul-lehrer. Meine Aufmerksamkeit lenke ich hauptsächlich auf die Rolle der Eltern bei der Wahl von Fremdsprachen für ihre Kinder. Die Umfrage verlief in meiner Heimatstadt Hra-nice, wo ich mehr als hundert Befragte angesprochen und nach ihrer Meinung befragt habe. Theoretischen Teil widme ich der allgemeinen Psychologie, Psychologie in der Pädagogik, der Motivation, und weiterer Unterteilung der Motivation. Der praktische Teil stellt den Schwerpunkt meiner Bachelorarbeit dar. In diesem Teil beurteile ich den aktuellen Stand der Fremdsprachen, vornehmlich der deutschen Sprache und welche Rolle die Eltern in der Ausbildung ihrer Kinder spielen.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor´s thesis I mainly deal with the external motivation. In order to fill my thesis with facts I conducted a research among parents of children attending basic schooling and teachers of children attending primary school. I aimed my attention mainly at the role of parents in choosing a foreign language for their child. The research took place in my hometown Hranice, where I addressed more than a hundred of respondents and I asked them about their opinion on this subject. I dedicate the theoretical part to psychology in general, psychology for pedagogy, motiva-tion and further division of motivation. The practical part represents the key part of my thesis. In this part I assess current status of foreign languages, above all status of German and the role of parents in educating of their children.
