dc.description.abstract	Anotace Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití investičního projektu k transformaci organizační struktury Klinické hematologie. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky z odborné literatury o poskytované péči ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Jsou zde uvedeny informace o investicích, které společně s rozhodováním a finančním zajištěním představují základ projektu. Praktická část analyzuje Klinickou hematologii ve všech prostředích, které se jí dotýkají. Je využita PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, vnitřní a SWOT analýza. Projektová část představuje postup realizace celého projektu se závěrečnou časovou a rizikovou analýzou

dc.description.abstract-translated	Annotation The diploma thesis is focused on an investment project used for transformation of an internal organization structure of clinical hematology department. The theoretical part describes insights into services provided in a health care facility from specialized literature. The basis of the project is composed by knowledge of investments and their managing and of obtaining financial resources. The practical part analyzes clinical hematology in all its relevant environments. PEST analysis, Porter five forces analysis, analysis of internal environment and SWOT analysis are used. The project part of the thesis represents course of actions of the project realization and the final time and risk analysis
