Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na uplatňování interkulturního vzdělávání na základních školách a možnosti ovlivnění postojů mládeže k romské menšině. Teoretická část práce uvádí historii a současné postavení romského etnika v české společnosti, definici interkulturního vzdělávání a ukazuje, jak je interkulturní vzdělávání uplatňováno na českých školách, postoje české majority k Romům a postoje mládeže k romské menšině. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zjištění postojů mládeže ve městě Kroměříži k romské menšině, zjištění, zda jsou v jejich výuce uplatňovány prvky interkulturního vzdělávání a kdo ovlivňuje jejich postoj k Romům. |

The thesis is rated to exercitation of intercultural education at basic schools and it is rated to interference of attitudes of young people towards Romany minority. The theoretic part of this thesis dealts with history and contemporary position of Romany minority in Czech society, it dealts with definition of intercultural education and it shows how intercultural education is exerted at Czech schools, it dealts with attitudes of Czech majority towards Romany minority and attitudes of young people towards Romany minority. The practical part of this thesis is rated to finding attitudes of young people in Kroměříž towards Romany minority, it is rated to finding if there are items of intercultural education in their classwork and who influences their attitude towards Romany minority. |
