dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce slouží čtenáři k základní orientaci v oblasti motivace v edukačním kontextu. Nabízí přehled motivačních teorií, které nejvýznamněji ovlivnily současné pojímání motivace, zabývá se také jednotlivými motivy, které ovlivňují lidské chování, konkrétně motivy afiliace, výkonu a moci. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumu výkonové motivace a motivačních tendencí studentů oboru sociální pedagogika pomocí standardizovaných psy-chodiagnostických testů, zaměřuje se na vztah výkonové motivace a studijního programu respondentů (bakalářský nebo navazující magisterský studijní program).

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis serves the reader to the basic orientation in the field of motivation in the educational context. It offers a review of motivational theories that significantly influenced the current conception of motivation, it also deals with the individual motives that influence human behavior, specifically affiliation, achievement and power motives. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the research of achievement motivation and motivational tendencies in the social pedagogy students using standardized psycho-diagnostic tests, verifying the relationship between the level of achievement motivation and the study program of the respondents (bachelor's or master's degree program).
