dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je adaptační kurz, který je již několik let součástí studia prvního ročníku sociální pedagogiky na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vývojem a charakteristikami zážitkové pedagogiky. Charakterizuje též hru jakožto prostředek zážitkové pedagogiky a popisuje specifika adaptačních kurzů. Cílem výzkumné části práce je zjistit, zda adaptační kurzy naplňují cíle stanovené univerzitou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the diploma thesis is the adapting course which has for several years been a part of the first year of studies of Social Pedagogy at the Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on evolution and general characteristics of experiential pedagogy. It also recognizes game as a tool of experiential pedagogy and describes the specific features of adapting courses. The research part aims to find out whether the adaptation courses fulfill the objectives set by the university.
