Předložená diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřená na oblast provádění inspekce kvality sociálních služeb u vybraných druhů služeb. Teoretická část práce je zacílena na specifika provádění inspekcí s ohledem na specifické potřeby vybrané cílové skupiny u poskytovatelů pobytového typu služby. Působení vlivu provedené inspekce kvality u poskytovatele sociální služby na uživatele. Nedílnou součástí jsou odborné informace o zjišťování kvality poskytované sociální služby zacílením na koordinaci případu jako klíčové metody sociální práce. V praktické části byl kvalitativní výzkum zaměřen na identifikaci a hodnocení okruhu so-ciálně pedagogického rozměru inspekcí kvality sociálních služeb a návaznost na zvyšo-vání kvality poskytované sociální služby směrem k uživateli. |

This thesis is focused on the area of inspection of quality social services in selected types of services. The theoretical part is aimed at carrying out inspections specifics with consideration on particular needs of selected target groups at providers of accomodation social services.
