dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca je zameraná na zefektívnenie ekonomiky kvality vo vybranej organizácii. V tomto projekte sú popísané modely, metódy a techniky v oblasti ekonomiky kvality, kde celkové náklady podniku tvoria náklady na kvalitu. Po podrobnej analýze problémov sú navrhnuté zmeny, ktoré prinesú efektívne riadenie kvality. V neposlednom rade prinesie tento projekt implementáciou zmien za pomoci analýzy zlepšenie dobré meno vybranej organizácie a konkurencieschopnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis is focused on effectiveness of economy of quality in the selected organization. It describes models, methods and techniques in the field of economics of quality, where the expenses of the organization denotes the costs of quality. After detailed ana-lysis of problems, changes that could bring more effective management of quality to the organization are suggested. Last but not least, this project will bring better reputation and competitiveness of the organization by the implementation of changes suggested in the analysis.
