dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje jedné z možných forem porozvodové péče o děti a to střídavé výchově. Teoretická část charakterizuje rodinu a manželství, zabývá se rozvodem a formami porozvodové péče o děti, možnými projevy dětí na rozvod rodičů. Dále popisuje střídavou výchovu, její podmínky a kritéria. Výzkumná část popisuje pohled rodičů na střídavou výchovu od počátku rozhodnutí k této formě výchovy až po její reálnou podobu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with one of the forms of post divorce child custody called joint custody. The theoretical part describes the basic principles defining family and married state. The description of possible forms of post divorce´s situation and its affect on children is included. Moreover behavioural problems of children are mentioned. The joint custody is defied, furthermore the criteria and the conditions according to the law are covered in this thesis. Practical part presents the perspective of parents who have chosen this kind of guardianship of their children. The primary assumptions and personal ideas of parents and the practical comments from reality have been described in the practical section.
