Předkládaná diplomová práce, sestávající z části teoretické a praktické, se zabývá problematikou partnerských vztahů a sexuality u osob s tělesným postižením v období mladé dospělosti. V teoretické části charakterizujeme mladé dospělé s tělesným postižením, a to z perspektivy psychické, sociální, partnerské a sexuální. V praktické části práce se zaměřujeme na názory mladých dospělých s tělesným postižením na partnerské a sexuální vztahy. Výstupem našeho kvalitativního výzkumného šetření je zakotvená teorie. Práce jako taková si klade za cíl poukázat na to, že lidé s tělesným postižením mají své sexuální a emoční potřeby, a to i navzdory mnoha specifickým rysům a problémům, na něž chceme touto cestou upozornit a uvést je na pravou míru. |

This diploma thesis in two parts, theory and practice, deals with mutual partnership problems and sexual relations of physically disabled people in their early adulthood. In the theoretical part of the thesis we characterise the young adults from the mental, social, partnership and sexual point of view. In the practical part we consider the opinions of young disabled adults on partnersip topics and sexulal relations. The output of our qualitative research is a grounded theory. The thesis itself therefore aims to point out and clarify that people with disabilities, in spite of many specific attributes and troubles in their life, also have their own sexual and emotional needs. |
