Diplomová práce se zabývá profesními kompetencemi sociálních pracovníků. Teoretická část vymezuje předmět sociální práce a kompetence v sociální práci. Zachycen je také historický vývoj sociální práce a to nejen u nás, ale i v zahraničí, její cíle, metody, legislativní ukotvení a etické hodnoty v sociální práci. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na kompetence, jejich strukturu a na kompetence sociálních pracovníků. Praktická část popisuje výzkum zrealizovaný formou dotazníkového šetření, který je zamě-řen na vnímání důležitosti kompetencí sociálních pracovníků pro jejich profesi. |

This thesis deals with the professional competences of social workers. Theoretical part de-fines the subject of social work and competence in social work. Caught is also the historical development of social work not only in our country but also abroad, its objectives, me-thods, legislative anchoring of ethical values in social work. The last chapter focuses on competence, structure and competencies of social workers. The practical part describes the research in the form of a questionnaire survey, which focuses on the perception of the importance of social workers for their work. |
