dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce přibližuje jednu z nejvíce tabuizovaných oblastí lidské komunikace, a to komunikaci s klientem s infaustní prognózou v terminálním stádiu onemocnění. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblasti úzce se dotýkající osob s infaustní prognózou. Pojednává o významu komunikačních dovedností, etiky a paliativní péče v kontextu blížícího se konce života a smrti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na využití kvalitativní metodologie hloubkových rozhovorů s pěti osobami v terminálním stádiu životní dráhy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with a taboo of the human communication, i.e. the communication with the fatal prognosis patient who is in the terminal phase of the disease. The theoretical part concerns the theories narrowly concerned with patiens with the fatal prognosis. It focuses on the importance of communication skills of the healh care workers, the ethics and the palliative care in the context of the approaching end of life and death. The practical part concerns the usage of the qualitative methodology of the deep interviews with five persons who are in the terminal phase of life.
