dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obecného povědomí laické veřejnosti v oblasti alternativních trestů. V teoretické části se práce zabývá teoretickými východisky a aktuálními tématy. Praktická část práce zjišťuje, jaký význam mají alternativní tresty pro laickou veřejnost, jaké názory zastávají a jakou účinnost alternativním trestům připisují. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumá, zda veřejnost má povědomí o alternativních trestech a zda s jejich ukládáním souhlasí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focusing on problem of awareness of the lay public in the field of alternative punishments. Thesis deals with current topics of alternative punishments, their theoretical foundations and specifics. The practical part of the thesis is exploring the importance of alternative punishments for lay public, what opinions they hold and how they feel their effectiveness. By using a questionnaire survey research whether the lay public has awareness of the alternative punishments and whether they agree to sentence of alternative punishments.
