dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Syndrom vyhoření u pedagogických pracovníků" se zabývá pedagogickými pracovníky, respektive pedagogy a syndromem vyhoření. Zaměřuje se na shrnutí problematiky o pedagogické profesi, stresu a syndromu vyhoření. Snaží se popsat charakteristiku profese a osoby pedagoga, jejich typologii, pedagogické kompetence a dovednosti, dále popisuje přístupy ke stresu a jeho zvládání. Zabývá se problematikou syndromu vyhoření, jeho příčinami a příznaky, průběhem, diagnostikou a léčbou. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis a rozbor dotazníku náchylnosti ke stresu a syndromu vyhoření u pedagogů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis "The burnout syndrome among the teaching staff" deals with the teaching staff or teachers and burnout syndrome. It focuses the summary of the issues of the teaching profession, stress and burnout. Diploma thesis tryes to describe the characteristics of the profession and the persons of teachers, their typology, pedagogical competencies and skills, and describes approaches to stress and coping strategies. It deals the issue of burnout, its causes and symptoms, course, diagnosis and treatment. The practical part is focused on the description and analysis of the questionnaire susceptibility to stress and burnout among teachers.
