Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění informovanosti a povědomí středoškolských studentek v oblasti stalkingu. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem stalking, popisuje historické údaje, vývoj stalkingu a příčiny, proč vůbec k nebezpečnému pronásledování dochází. Dále se zabývá osobností stalkera, jeho typologií dle různých hledisek a metod, které používá. Následně popisuje oběti stalkingu a důsledky, které se mohou u osoby, která se stala obětí nebezpečného pronásledování projevit. Na závěr teoretické části se věnuje řešením nebezpečného pronásledování, legislativnímu ukotvení a zmiňuje intervenční centra. V praktické části, která navazuje na teoretickou, jsou vyhodnocena data o informovanosti studentek 3. a 4. ročníků středních škol, která byla získána formou dotazníkové metody. |

The main aim of this thesis is to find out information and awareness of high school students in the area of stalking. In the theoretical section explains the concept of stalking, describes the historical data, the development of stalking and the reasons why the stalking occurs. It also deals with personality stalker, his typology according to various criteria and methods used. It also describes the victims of stalking and the consequences that may occur with a person who has been the victim of stalking occur. At the end of the theoretical part is devoted to the solution of stalking, legislative anchoring and mentions the intervention centers. In the practical part, which is based on theoretical data are evaluated by 3rd awareness of students and 4 years of secondary school, which was obtained by using a questionnaire method. |
