dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřená na terciární prevenci v oblasti drogové závislosti, která je hodnocena očima terénních pracovníků. Hlavním cílem je zjistit postoje terénních pracovníků k programu Harm Reduction, jejich názor na kvalitu programu a v čem vidí jeho hlavní přínos. V teoretické části se opírá o základní vymezení pojmů zabývajících se oblastí drogové problematiky, současné drogové scény, nástroji jednotlivých prevencí a specifik práce terénních pracovníků s uživateli návykových látek. Praktická část nám skýtá výzkumný problém, jehož objasnění je cílem celé práce. Hledání odpovědí je realizováno pomocí rozhovorů s terénními pracovníky, jejichž cílovou skupinou jsou uživatelé návykových látek. Tato práce se následně opírá o analýzu dat a samotné kódování rozhovorů. V závěru práce jsou předloženy vyhodnocené výsledky šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the tertiary prevention of drug addiction, which is evaluated through the eyes of field-workers. The main aim is to determine the attitude and approach of field-workers in the Harm Reduction programme, and their opinions on the quality of the programme and where they see its main contribution. The theoretical part is based on the basic definition of the terms involved in the field of drug problems, the current drug scene, and the ways and means of the individual prevention measures and the specific issues of field-staff work with substance users. The practical part sets out the research problem, whose clarification is the aim of this whole assignment. The search for answers is realized by means of interviews with field-workers, whose target groups are substance-abuse users. This work is subsequently based on the analysis of the data and the actual encoding of the interviews. The assessed survey results are presented in the Conclusion of this work.
