dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části práce je uvedeno vymezení pojmu delikvence mládeže, krátký exkurz do historie náhledu na delikvenci jako takovou a delikvenci mládeže, označení a popsání faktorů ovlivňujících výskyt delikvence, dále pak o předložení statistik nejčastější trestné činnosti spáchané mládeží v ČR a nakonec i přiblížení možností soudního řízení a udělování sankcí mládeži. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum vztahu delikventní mládeže k osobnímu vlastnictví.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the bachelor work is focused on delimination of delinquency of youth, the short discursion into the history of view on delinquency itself and delinquency of youth, indication a descirption of factors which influence occurrences of delinquency, presentions of statistics of the most frequent criminal activities commited by youth in the Czech republic and finaly bringing of possiblities of judicial trials and giving sanctions to youth. The practical part is focused on qualitative research of relation deliquent youth to privat proprietorship.	en
