dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je reorganizace skladu a zásobování vybrané montážní linky ve společnosti greiner assistec, s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teore-tickou a praktickou. V první teoretické části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska pro praktickou část z oblasti skladování, řízení zásob a štíhlé logistiky. Praktická část je věno-vána analýze současného stavu předvýrobního skladu a zásobování montážních linek. Ná-sleduje projektové řešení, které vychází z odhalených nedostatků. Návrh reorganizace skladu je vypracován v pěti krocích na základě metody 5S. Pro pilotní projekt zásobování montážních linek je aplikován logistický systém kanban. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení projektu z hlediska nákladů a přínosů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with reorganisation of warehouse layout and process of supplying the se-lected assembly line in greiner assistec s. r. o. The work is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part includes theoretical background for practical part in the field of storage, inventory management and lean logistics. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of warehouse management and process of supplying assembly lines is described. The following project solution is based on detected weaknesses in ana-lytical part. The project of reorganisation of warehouse layout includes five steps according to 5S method. Kanban system is applied in the pilot project of supplying assembly lines. As a conclusion, the expected impacts, costs and benefits arising from the implementation of the project are evaluated.
