Diplomová práce se soustředí na průběh implementace nových informačních systémů ve firmě Fatra. V teoretické části práce jsou položeny teoretické základy podnikových informačních systémů se soustředěním na ERP systémy. Dále je obsáhle rozvedena problematika systému MES spolu s KPI ukazateli (Key Performance Indicators) a systémem WMS, kterého se implementace taktéž týká. Kromě dalších důležitých poznatků se práce také zabývá výrobou a vybranými metodami průmyslového inženýrství. Praktická část diplomové práce je v úvodu zaměřena na současný stav sběru dat ve firmě Fatra. Následující část se soustředí na samotnou implementaci nových informačních systémů a v závěru řeší KPI ukazatele, které dotvoří nový informační systém. Hlavním výstupem práce je implementace spolu s KPI ukazateli. |

This diploma thesis is focused on the process of implementation of new information systems in the company Fatra. In the theoretical part of the work, there are laid the theoretical foundations of business information systems with focus on ERP systems. Furthermore, the issue of MES system with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the WMS system which also relates to implementation, is extensively elaborated. Among other important findings, the work also deals with production and selected methods of the industrial engineering. At the beginning, the practical part is focused on the current state of data collection in the company Fatra. In the following part, the work is focused on the actual implementation of new information systems and in the end it deals with Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which will complete a new information system. The main outcome of this work is the implementation along with the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) indicators. |
