dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu systému zlepšovacích návrhů ve firmě TNS SERVIS s.r.o. a jeho zlepšení. První část práce je zaměřena na zpracování literární rešerše vztahující se k tématu zlepšování - zabývá se filozofií kaizen a inovacemi, procesním řízením a prvky systémů zlepšovacích návrhů. Praktická část se pak věnuje analýze stavu systému zlepšovacích návrhů daného podniku následované návrhem jeho inovace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to analyze current state of employee suggestion system in company TNS SERVIS s.r.o., and to improve it. The first part is focused on compiling literature search related to the theme of improvement - it deals with kaizen philosophy and innovations, process management and components of employee suggestion systems. The practical part is dedicated to an analysis of the current state of employee suggestion system of the given company, followed by a suggestion of its innovation.
