dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zaobírá vztahem klienta a klíčového pracovníka v chráněném bydlení, z pohledu klientů. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé charakteristiky subjektů, které slouží jako výchozí informace při vzájemném střetnutí a spolupráci. Proto teoretická část obsahuje i metody práce zaměřené na klienta s mentálním postižením, ale mimo jiné i samotným vztahovým kontextem mezi klientem a pracovníkem. V empirické části je zkoumán výzkum kvalitativní formou pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, s cíleným zaměřením prozkoumat a přiblížit vzájemný vztah z pohledu klientů a na jeho základě naleznout přístupy a zformulovat je v podobě doporučení a rad pro pomáhající pracovníky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the relationship between the client and the key worker in the sheltered housing from the clients' perspective. The theoretical part describes individual characteristics of the entities, which is used as the default information for the mutual engagement and cooperation. Therefore, the theoretical part also contains methods of work aimed at the client with mental disabilities, but also deals with relating context between client and worker. In the empirical part is qualitative research examined by using semi-structured interview focused on exploration and presentation of the relationship from the clients' perspective and to find approaches and formulate them in a form of recommendations and advice for helping workers.
