dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací metody 5S ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na tři samostatné části. Teoretická část je věnována základní charakteristice metody 5S a způsobu její implementace. Jsou také vysvětleny přínosy, cíle a odpory vůči zavedení metody 5S. Analytická část se zabývá představením společnosti a analýzou současného stavu na jednotlivých pracovištích, na kterých se metoda 5S zavádí. V závěru analytické části je zhodnocena analýza současného stavu. Projektová část je zaměřena na implementaci metody 5S na jednotlivých pracovištích. V závěru praktické části je zhodnocena implementace metody 5S.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Diploma thesis deals with the implementation of 5S method in selected companies. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic characteristics of the 5S method and its implementation. The benefits and goals as well as opinions against the introduction of the 5S method are explained. The analytical part contains an introduction of the company and an analysis of the current state of the individual workplaces where the 5S method is introduced. In the conclusion of the analytical part the analysis of the current state is evaluated. The project part focuses on the implementation of the 5S method at individual workplaces. In the conclusion of the practical part the implementation of the 5S method is evaluated.
