dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je zavedení vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství 5S a navrhnutí vhodného layoutu nové výrobní haly ve společnosti ABO Valve s.r.o. Tato práce má tři hlavní části. V první teoretické části je popsáno průmyslové inženýrství, metoda 5S a její jednotlivé části, a také možnosti uspořádání výroby při sestavování layoutu. Tato část je východiskem pro analytickou a projektovou část. Praktická část je rozdělena na část analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části je představena společnost a zanalyzován současný stav ve společnosti z hlediska průmyslového inženýra. V projektové části jsou navrženy řešení layoutů nové výrobní haly včetně popisu výhod a nevýhod. Dále je zde popsána implementace metody 5S na pracovišti. V závěru této části je provedeno zhodnocení situace a uvedeny další návrhy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my diploma thesis isconcerned with the implementation of the Industrial engineering selected method 5S and proposal of layout of new production hall in company Abo Valve Ltd. This thesis is divided into three main parts. In first theoretical part is described an Industrial engineering, 5S method and its individual parts and also possibilities of production organization when compiling the layout. This part is used like basis for the analysis and project part. Practical part is divided on analysis and project part. In analysis part is introduced the company and analyzed the current state of the company in view of industrial engineer. In project part are proposed solutions of layouts of new production hall, including a description of the advantages and disadvantages. Also here is described implementation of method 5S on workplace. At the end of this section is an evaluation of the situation and for stated other suggestions.
