dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na objasnění základní terminologie spojené s řízením projektů. Dále jsou rozebrány poznatky z oblasti nástrojů a metod využitelných při realizaci stavebních projektů. Na tuto problematiku plynule navazuje objasnění základních způsobů skladování zboží. V úvodu praktické části je čtenář seznámen se zkoumanou organizací, kde je taktéž provedena i situační analýza prostor skladu a balírny. Na základě výsledků situační analýzy je vyhotoven nový plán skladu a prostor balírny s přihlédnutím k požadavkům a omezením, které byly definovány vedením firmy Česká zbrojovka a. s. V závěru je nový projekt zhodnocen z hlediska délky realizace, nákladů, způsobu provedení a rizik.
