dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navržení projektu inovace informačního systému při využití systému pro řízení oběhu dokumentů. V první částí této práce jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky z oblasti podnikové informatiky a systémů pro řízení oběhu dokumentů, včetně popisu analytických metod použitých v praktické části. Dále je provedena analýza informačního systému společnosti Slovácké strojírny, a.s. Cílem analýzy je posouzení efektivnosti zpracování podnikové dokumentace ve vztahu k informačnímu systému. V projektové části jsou zpracovány předpoklady pro implementaci Document management system v analyzované firmě. Poslední část práce je zaměřena studii proveditelnosti, jsou vyhodnocena rizika, přínosy a realizovatelnost projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to propose a innovation project for information system using the document management system. The first part of this thesis contains theoretical knowledge in the field of business informatics and systems for controlling the circulation of documents, including a description of the analytical methods used in the practical part. Next is analysis of information system used by Slovácké Strojírny, a.s..The aim of the analysis is to assess the effectiveness of documentation processing in relation to the information system. In the project part are described prerequisites for implementing Document management system in the analyzed company. The last part is focused on feasibility study, evaluation of risks and benefits of the project.
