Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pěstounské péče a specifika spojená s jejím výkonem. Teoretická část se zabývá přiblížením výkonu této formy náhradní rodinné péče od samotného vzniku, přes motivaci vedoucí k rozhodnutí stát se pěstounem až po specifika, která pěstounskou péči provázejí. Část práce je věnována důvodům, které vedly ke změně zákona o sociálně právní ochraně dětí v oblasti práv, povinností a hmotném zabezpečení pěstounů. Praktická část je tvořena smíšeným výzkumem s cílem zjistit, zda novelizace zákona v oblasti výkonu pěstounské péče platná od 1. 1. 2013 měla pozitivní vliv na výkon pěstounské péče. |

The bachelor´s work focuses on foster care issues and specifications connected with their output. The theoretical part of the paper involves performance analysing a substitute family prior to the beginning of their foster care, by identifying the reasons and motivation to become a foster parent, as well as the specifications accompaning the foster care itself. A part of the work involves reasons which have led to some change in children´s socially legal protection law and obligations of the foster parent´s financial state. A practical part of the work is made up of a mixed survey. Its main task is to find some positive influences relating to foster care performance caused by law amendments from the implementation date of 1. 1. 2013. |
