dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá dohledem probačního úředníka z pohledu klientů Probační a mediační služby, jaké názory a postoje na institut probačního dohledu klienti zastávají. V teoretické části je vymezena Probační a mediační služba a její historie. Také je vymezen klient a pracovník Probační a mediační služby. Druhá kapitola definuje probaci, probační dohled a uvádí alternativní tresty, u který se probační dohled zřizuje a jak je zajištěn výkon probačního dohledu. Třetí kapitola popisuje sociální práci v Probační a mediační službě. Cílem výzkumu je zmapování vlivu probačního dohledu Probační a mediační služby na klienta Probační a mediační služby z pohledu dotazovaných klientů. Všichni klienti byli podmíněně propuštěni z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody se zkušební dobou a nařízeným dohledem. Rozhovory zkoumají, zda jsou respondenti s institutem probačního dohledu spokojeni a zda jim probační úředník pomohl při návratu do běžného řádného života.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis deals with supervision by a probation officer from the point of view of the clients of the Probation and Mediation Service and what attitudes to it do the clients assume. Probation and Mediation Service history and definition can be found in theoretical part. The definitions of the client and probation officer are also there. In the second chapter, probation and probation supervision is defined. Also alternative punishments where the supervision by a probation officer is present and the ways how to ensure the supervision are mentioned in the second chapter. The third chapter describes social work in Probation and Mediation Service. The aim of this research is to determine degree of influence the supervision has on the client from the point of view of the client of the Probation and Mediation Service. All the clients participating on this research were on parole with enacted supervision by a probation officer. The questions focus on clients' contentment with probation supervision and whether the probation officer was helpful on their way back to ordinary life.
